A security protocol used to limit who can sign on to our network. 802.1x authenticates and authorizes anyone who connects to a DHNet network port. If they fail authentication they will not be given internet access.

Your PC or Apple MAC machine will need to be configured to use this new protocol and allow for access to DHNet. You will need to use your Gatorlink username and password to access DHNet Wired service.

If you have problems after you have tried the WIRED HELP INSTRUCTIONS, visit a DHNet@Home location, call (352) 392-2171 x10191 or complete a HAWK Request.

If you have forgotten your Gatorlink password, please visit http://www.gatorlink.ufl.edu/ or call (352) 392-HELP. If you Gatorlink password still does not work, please visit https://my.ufl.edu and select "My Gatorlink Account Status" from the My Account menu. Select the "Resynchronize my Password" tab and then try again.
