Tutorial: Connecting to DHNet Wired service

Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2

NOTE: You must have Service Pack 2 for Windows XP installed before following these instructions. These steps WILL NOT WORK unless you have downloaded and installed Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. Download Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. It is always best practice to make sure that your machine has the most recent updates from Microsoft.

The following animation will walk you through the steps needed to connect to DHNet Wired. These steps only need to be performed once. Any resident with a valid Gatorlink username and password can use DHNet Wired. If you have forgotten your Gatorlink password, please visit http://www.gatorlink.ufl.edu/ or call (352) 392-HELP.

If your Gatorlink password still does not work, please visit https://my.ufl.edu and select "My Gatorlink Account Status" from the My Account menu. Select the "Resynchronize my Password" tab and then try again.
