Tutorial: Connecting to DHNet Wired service

IMPORTANT: You must run all Software Updates before performing these steps. You Mac OS X version must be at least 10.4.10 to see the 802.1X icon in these steps. Please click on the APPLE ICON then select Software Updates to start the update process.

The following steps and screen shots will help you to connect to DHNet Wired. These steps only need to be performed once. Any student resident with a valid Gatorlink user name and password can use DHNet Wired. If you have forgotten your Gatorlink password, please visit http://www.gatorlink.ufl.edu/ or call (352) 392-HELP.

If your Gatorlink password still does not work, please visit https://my.ufl.edu and select "My Gatorlink Account Status" from the My Account menu. Select the "Resynchronize my Password" tab and then try again. You will have to wait 20 minutes for the information to process.
